Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Schedule: 50% of Phase 1 due upon signing. Subsequent invoices will be issued monthly based on work completed.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information.
  • Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, all source code, documentation, and other project deliverables will become the exclusive property of the client.
  • Change Requests: Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this proposal will be handled through a formal change request process.
